What is the P.A.S.S.S.E.S System? The P.A.S.S.S.E.S System was created based on the types of obstacles and essential tasks faced during selection, training courses and full spectrum missions. The P.A.S.S.S.E.S System stands for;
P: Power A: Agility S: Strength S: Speed S: Stability E: Endurance S: Spirit
Each movement day focuses on building the foundation of that capability. The P.A.S.S.S.E.S System is built based around mission specific functional movements, traditional isolation weight training and endurance training.
SITFU: Our trademarked and proven Suck It The Fuck Up (SITFU) training Sessions are the core of how we build our teammates. SITFU sessions provide two purposes. One, to build your through the same movements that you will face during your challenges. Two, to push your mind to the very limits of quitting each and every SITFU Session. These sessions are no more than 60 minutes.
SITFU Sessions (Daily Training 60 Minutes):
10 Minutes: RAIDERFIT Dynamic Warm-Up
40 Minutes: SITFU Training Session
10 Minutes: RAIDERFIT Spiritual Cool-Down
